About our Host

Welcome to “Frank Papineau: Outside the Box” — a podcast that tears up the rulebook and rewrites it with grit, humor, and heart. Hosted by Frank Papineau, a man who’s lived more lives than most people dare to imagine, the show dives deep into bold conversations with rule-breakers, truth-tellers, and those who thrive where others back down.

Frank’s no stranger to the spotlight — he hosted The Weekend Fisherman, a hit TV series that aired in Canada, the US, the UK, and Ireland. He’s tackled live radio, built homes and restaurants, and even rode a motorcycle to the Arctic. But that ride wasn’t about thrill-seeking — it was about survival. After a tick bite on April 10, 2010, Frank’s health began to deteriorate, sending his life into a tailspin. The illness tested everything — his strength, his spirit, and his relationships. It nearly broke him. But he never gave up.

Instead, he fought back — piece by piece, mile by mile — determined to rebuild a life with meaning, purpose, and no room for playing it safe. Outside the Box is born from that spirit. Every episode brings raw, unfiltered conversations with people who live life on their own terms — people who know that the real story begins when everything falls apart.

This isn’t just a podcast. It’s a testament to resilience — and the beauty of thinking differently. We present to you, Frank Papineau, OUTSIDE THE BOX.
